Our flagship village is Mewat, situated on the border of Haryana and Rajasthan.
Women in this most backward region make colourful Rugs. These rugs are made in various sizes and colors and can be used for decorating your floors, walls, doing meditation or yoga. These can also be used on your bedside or as a doormat.
All the rugs are handmade and it takes several days to make one Rug. It is an intricate work and the skill has been passed over from generations.
Buying these high quality rugs not only add to the decor of your home or office but also assist in the livelihood of these tibal women who work day and night. This is also a dying art, which are trying to save and promote.
