How It Works

Process:

  1. You submit the documents we asked above.
  2. Our CPA will apply for State registration which will take approx 2 days to 1 week.
  3. Once you receive the Certificate of state incorporation, you need to sign the copies of SS4 Application & Form 2848 which you'll get along with state registration certificate.
  4. Then our CPA will submit the application to the federal department and file for EIN which will take 3-5 weeks.
  5. Once the EIN is received, your company is up and running.

 

 

Timeline: 

2-6 weeks for a fully owned foreign company

2-6 days if you have a US partner with an SSN
