Mahendra Pratap

Senior Partner

Mahendra has a distinguished background as a scientist and as an entrepreneur. Mahendra was employed with AT&T and Lucent Technologies for 20 years where he specialized in video communications, personal computer design, ATM and IP networking and management.

After leaving Lucent Technologies, Mahendra joined Niksun, a startup company in IP security as VP of Engineering. In 2 years, he built and coached a highly technical team of over 120 engineers adept in the art of LAN/WAN packet recording and analysis.

Mahendra has a PhD in Nuclear Physics and has authored over 2 dozen scientific papers.

Navin Pathak

Senior Partner

Navin Pathak is a co-founder of Entry India, LLC and serves as a Senior Partner with the firm. Navin is an expert in identifying opportunities in India and successfully connecting them with investors.

Co-editor of Entry India's well acclaimed 'India Business and Travel Guide', Navin has also served as a guest speaker at several business events both in the U.S. and in India.

Navin began his business career with a start-up Egenex Business Services where he focused on business development and strategic planning for the firm. Prior to Egenex, Navin worked with premier companies like ITT Industries, Stanford Telecom and Cable & Wireless.

Navin holds a masters in Engineering Management with core focus on Information Security from George Washington University and a bachelors in Electrical Engineering from George Mason University.

Baldeep Singh Kwatra

Baldeep started his career from WIPRO Technologies. He secured First Place in Service Oriented Architecture during 3 months training program at WIPRO Technologies Bangalore.

He has deep knowledge in Oracle Database11g, MYSQL,MongoDB, Testing Concepts, Testing Tools (QC,QTP), Web Services, SOAP UI , Core Java, J2EE, Spring, Junit, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, Jquery, Material Design, VbScript,Selenium IDE, Groovy, SOA, RFT, JasperETL, JasperServer, iReport.

Baldeep holds Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from Amity University.

Dr. Surendra K. Dhir

Advisor

Dr. Dhir has broad working level and managerial experience in industry and in various governments. His most recent position as Managing Director of Jeld-Wen India gave him the opportunity and experience of dealing with the Indian industry as well as with the Government of India. Dr. Dhir was Director of Capital Goods Technology Center in Export Administration of the U.S. Department of Commerce. There, he negotiated export controls on critical defense technologies with the NATO countries. Dr. Dhir has a Ph.D. in mechanical engineering from Technical University of Munich.

Arvind Sood

As an entrepreneur, Arvind has ventured into the field of International Trading all over the globe, especially, in Indian Sub-Continent, Middle East, Africa, and Western Europe. After obtaining his Bachelor of Commerce degree from Calcutta University, Arvind commenced his career working with the US Embassy in India and later with the House of Dalmias to head their European operations in Germany. Presently, Arvind is a Vice President with AXA Advisors for providing financial services to individuals and SMEs.

Dr. Naresh Chand

Dr. Naresh Chand is an expert in pathophysiology, veterinary medicine, pharmacology, and toxicology. His over twenty years of experience spans academia, industry, and government sponsored research. Dr. Chand is presently at the National Institute for Health, Washington D.C., engaged in developing medicines for the prevention and treatment of addiction to cocaine, heroin, and other CNS stimulants.
