Bangladesh to benefit from cooperation beyond trade and infrastructure connectivity

Next week Prime Minister Narendra Modi will visit Bangladesh to take part in commemoration ceremonies of the 50th anniversary of its independence and the birth centenary of Bangabandu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman. His first foreign visit after the advent of the Covid-19 pandemic.
It is expected to give a further boost to infrastructure and other connectivity initiatives between the two neighbouring democracies.
