Canada Pension Plan Investment Board to invest $600 million in NIIF of India

The Canada Pension Plan Investment Board (CPPIB) will invest up to $600 million in the National Investment and Infrastructure Fund (NIIF) of India. The Government of India in the last Budget said that it is eyeing ₹100-lakh crore ($14.2 billion; I USD = Rs. 70) investment in the infrastructure sector. Read more
