Restrictions on Public Procurement from certain countries

To strengthen the defense and national security, the Central Government imposed restrictions on public procurement from the countries which share a land border with India.
As per the Order, any bidder from countries that share a land border with India can bid in the procurement of goods and services only if the bidder is registered with the Competent Authority.
