Transport Minister Nitin Gadkari confirms Tesla's India entry in 2021

ET Auto was the first to report last week that the Elon Musk-backed company will resume bookings for its electric cars in India next month and deliveries will begin by the end of the first quarter of FY22.
American auto major Tesla will have its distribution facility for its cars in India from next year and, considering the demand, it would look into setting up of manufacturing here.
