We are looking for Exclusive Franchisee Partner in the form of Equity / JV Partner for our products pan India/Middle East/Worldwide. The Investor will Invest in the Exclusive Retail Chain of Showroom for our BRAND-RICEF.

The ROI IS VERY HIGH.(Minimum 35% to Maximum 85%)

The investment will be as given below:

1) India

- Rs. 10 Lakhs/Rs. 15 Lakhs / US$ 25,000 for One Showroom.

- Rs. 10 Crores / Rs. 15 Crores / US$ 2.5 Million for 100 Showrooms.

- Rs. 50 Crores / Rs. 75 Crores / US$ 12.5 for 500 Showrooms.

- Rs. 100 Crores / Rs. 150 Crores / US$ 25 Million for 1000 Showrooms.

The investment in UAE or Middle East will be as given below:

UAE – AED 3 million for one showroom & AED 21 Million for 7 showrooms. (in equivalent)

WORLD WIDE - USD 100,000 Min. - USD 1 Million for One Showroom

Please also note the following:

1) EACH SHOWROOM WILL BE ACTUALLY A SHOP OF APPROX. 350 - 400 FEET. IT NEED NOT BE ON THE MAIN ROAD.

2) THE INTERIOR OF ALL THE SHOPS/SHOWROOMS WILL BE DONE IN A SIMILAR MANNER.

3) OUR COMPANY WILL TAKE CARE / MANAGE ALL THE SHOWROOMS & ALSO DO DIRECT MARKETING OF THE PRODUCTS.

4) ALL ORDERS GENERATED BY OUR SITE IN THE AREA OF THE SHOWROOMS WILL BE DIRECTED TOWARDS THE SHOP/SHOWROOM.

5) ALL BULK ORDERS IN THE AREA OF THE SHOWROOMS WILL BE GIVEN TO THE SHOWROOM.
