Dear Madam / Sir,

We are a Mumbai Based Company Manufacturing "RICEF" Brand of Jeans, T-Shirts, Shirts & Leggings.

We need Private Equity for Setting Up Retail Chain of Showrooms for Speciality Textiles (Monopoly Products) in UAE & USA.

Please also note the following:

1)We are the Owners of the Project's

2)The Detailed Project Report of all the Projects are Ready.

3)The Sites are shortlisted.

4)For all Project, Employment will be given to the Citizens of the Investor's Country as Shown

in the Table.

5)The Investment will have to be done as Private Equity and not as a Loan.

6)Profit Sharing Percentage will be decided during meeting. (Either personal or Virtual)

7)No advance will be given. Payment for All legal Formalities, Registration Stamp duty for

Agreement & all Charges to be borne by the Investor.

8)Nothing will be shown in Bank Account.

9)Project Funding has to be 100% as Private Equity only.

10)Return on Investment (for Both the Projects) to the Investor is more than 50% per year.
