Dr. A Sakhtivel: Dr. Sakhtivel is a Chairman of AEPC (Apparel Export Promotion Council), official and biggest body of Apparel Exporters of India. He, an owner and founder of Poppys Group of Companies, is a visionary Trade and Industry leader with experience of over four decades. His unparalleled service to the export sector, especially to the Apparel Sector and Knitting Industry, and also for his involvement in the creation of infrastructure such as Industrial parks, Inland Container Depot, Schools, National Institute of Fashion Technology-TEA has been acknowledged by the Union Government of India. and the contributions to the Society at large. He holds the honor of being the first recipient of the PADMA SHRI award, conferred by the President of India, from the Textile Industry.

Steven Perry: Steven F. Perry is the Senior Vice President of Darlington Fabrics Corporation (A Moore Company). Since Steven’s first position at Darlington Fabrics in Export Sales in 1996, he has held several managerial positions within the Company and has been based in Rhode Island, New York and North Carolina. Darlington Fabrics is a global leader in warp-knit elastic fabrics for performance sports and active-wear, swimwear, intimate apparel, military and medical industries. Steven holds a BA in International Relations and Public Relations from Syracuse University and a Master’s Degree in International Affairs from Florida State University.
