Bill Skinner: Bill Skinner, president of WB Skinner Customs Broker, has served as president of NYNJFFFBA since 2017. A member of the board since 2003, Bill previously served as the organization’s vice president of imports, vice president of education, and member of the Port Performance Task Force. 

Charlene Riley: Charlene Riley is a Vice-President with John A. Steer Co., a Customs Brokerage and Forwarding company founded in 1905. She started at John A. Steer Co. in 2001 and has led John A. Steer’s New York operation since 2002.
