No separation charges applied up to 5 SKUs/items. Separation charges will only apply when greater than 3 SKUs/items and will be $75.00 per additional SKU/item.
Palletized containers with loose boxes on the top of the pallets will cost $100.00 extra.
Advance 6-hour notice needed for in and out shipments (warehouse hours 8AM to 6PM).
Parking charges for empty containers will be applied after 24 hours empty notice.
Any additional services that are not listed above charges will be determined as per the requirements.
