Authorized Order Returns and Undeliverable Returns Processing
Undeliverable orders (i.e., refused delivery) that arrive at our facility will be processed and placed back into normal inventory. For authorized returns, inventory that passes cursory inspection will be placed back into normal inventory

Special Requirements:
- Materials and supplies are subject to item, sizes, of products, and client requirements.
- Special Clients may send us custom packaging material (storage fee applies).
- Grade B pallet supplied, A-grade pallets available upon request, and availability fee applies.
- Special packaging material can be ordered upon client request.
Note:
- The monthly storage Fee is payable at the end of each month.
- Receiving between 1ST - 15th will be charged a full month storage rate.
- Receiving between 16th – 31st will be charged a half-month storage rate.
Account Charges:
- Account Maintenance Fee: $ 75.00
- Minimum Charges for Account storage & fulfillment on a Monthly basis
- $ 450 Without Partnership with Entry USA
- $ 250.00 With Partnership with Entry USA
- Differences will be billed accordingly

Terms & Conditions:
The company shall have a lien on the Goods and may refuse to surrender possession of the Goods until all charges or debits are paid in full. If such amounts remain unpaid for 90 days after Company’s demand for payment, Company may sell the Goods at public auction or private sale or in any other manner reasonable and shall apply the proceeds of such sale to the amounts owed. Customer remains responsible for any deficiency outstanding to Company. Company shall not be liable for any claim whatsoever for any loss. The company reserve the right to unilaterally reject any shipment that it deems unfit for transport, or for storage under this warehouse receipt, after inspection.
